They know they have to be in the Atlantic to get to this anomaly that Ford is talking about and so they decide that, instead of flying to the east coast and buying a boat, they are going to do this road trip style!

They go to Mystery Mountain on Ford’s insistence. They go visit the kids in California because of course they would. They drop by Vegas (and have way too much fun but really, they are two old men who can stop them? Oh right, security) they go to Area 51, Arizona for the Mogollon monster, through New Mexico to explore Roswell and White Sands and the Taos Hum.
They look for chupacabras and the flying beast of the rio grand valley. They explore truck stops where dimensions seem to meet for short periods of time. They look for big foot and the Honey Island Swamp Monster. Mothman, Frogman, Bessie.
There last stop in their exploration is looking for the Jersey Devil. They always planned to sail out of glass shard beach and this was no different.
Daily Doodle! 2/23/16 What I think might happen once they get home. Also! i would guess that Mom would question what happened to the hat, and Dipper would think about the pine tree hat first, say that he traded with his new friend, and then remember that the original hat (with the star) was lost to a bunch of gnomes…
